This paralysis thing happens every time i realize I'm dreaming, and even sometimes happens for no reason. * * *Once I died in a dream and it happened. *Another time I saw a friend of mine in a dream, and it happened. *It usually happens when I notice something weird about the dream and realize that it's not real. *I don't think I've ever managed to get past the point of realization that I'm dreaming, before I become paralyzed and can't do anything else.

I'm not sure if it's just my dream body, or my real one as well becoming paralyzed. *I feel a buzzing sensation throughout my body and I freak out because I cant move or see.

When this happens, I try to calm myself down, but I always wake up too quickly.
that's really weird. ive never met anyone with this problem and i cant give you anymore advice than what i already told you, sorry . Try posting your problem in the dream control or general discussion forum. other people might be able to help.
