      Un-Interrupted Lucid Dreaming

      Hey All,

In the past, I've had a couple lucid dreams where I realized I was dreaming, kept the dream for about 5 minutes, and then woke up.

I'm wondering - What technique(s) could I learn to reproduce that - Without getting up during the night?

It seems that both MILD ("I will wake up after every dream period and remember my dream") and WILD require you to get up during your sleep. I want to just have one lucid dream at night, without interrupting my sleep.

      Thanks guys =)

I think that once you wake up, try to keep your eyes closed and then you should fall right back into the dream.

Reality checks are simple - http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ead.php?t=4470. And they don't require you to get up.

Hi and welcome to the site.

About having to get up to WILD, you don't have to. I've had many WILD experiences after waking up for a few seconds, intending to lucid dream and viola! I slipped right back into a dream completely conscious. These work best early in the morning, right when the REM period is at it's juiciest.
