      Question Marijuana interference?

Hi im new to this LD after hearing from a friend, ive experienced sleep paralysis before and was just trying to get continous LD's ive practied every night for like 3 nights now ino i need to practice more but every now and then after im done with work for the day and just relaxing I mey hit a bowl of weed in a pipe.

After playin video games nd such i get tired and fall asleep. I try opening and cosing my eyes every 5 seoncds totally relaxed feeling vibrating sensations throuhgout my body not moving. and It feels like someone is pushin on my chest and I dont know doesnt feel as normal if I was sober the whole day. Usually when i practice i have a dream and can usually recall it in the morning. But get upset when i realize i rmbr the dream but didnt rmbr to get a reality check in the dream.

If someone can help me out please. I would want a better technique to have a reality checkin my dreams. thanx!

Hi Korpal and welcome to the forum!

Well drugs particualry marijuana suppresses your dream recall. So you won't remember your dreams when you have any for that day ect. Which will be annoying as you won't be able to remember any dreams or lucids.
