      Welcome to DreamViews!

You could start off by starting a Dream Journal. People say that helps with remembering dreams. I'm not sure what kind of drugs are out there that will help you dream, if any.

In order of effectiveness, I would suggest:

      galantamine
      african dream root
      calea zacatechichi

These subjects are well lcovered in this forum.

Keeping a dream journal is very crucial to remembering dreams and improves overall dream recall. If you can't seem to have a dream in which you can recall to write down into your dream journal, set your alarm clock to certain intervals to awaken you during REM sleep, as you are extremely likely to remember the dream after waking up directly from it. I'm sure there are many supplements or drugs you can take to improve dream recall, vividity, and lucidity, but I haven't experimented with these yet. However, last night I listened to binaural beats designed to increase creativity and I achieved a rather long lucid dream without the use of any formal technique. Try binaural beats, so far it has worked for me.
      While sleeping, watch.
