Exclamation Please Help Me... I Need All Help

I just found this site. If I can get some type of insight or help, I would gladly appreciate it. I do have somethings that I would like to understand and some questions. Please I will gladly apprecaite any and all the information i can get, I have been all over this forum, and would like some help.

I just learned through your site about Lucid Dreaming. I do believe I have been to that state. I have had dreams clear as day I can remember. Next thing I know the scenes in my dream are live to me the next day. DeJaVu or more.

I have seen myself outside my body. I know at least 3 to 4 times a week once I am alseep I know I am dreaming when I start dreaming. Is this anything? I also know I am dreaming when I dream then I fall asleep in my dream, and when I wake from a dream in my dream... is that confusing?

A little information that may or may not help. I am Christian, I believe in heaven, hell, god and satan. 7 years ago, I went into a sleep in my dream and saw the eye of god, that is what I was told from what I explained. I have been in a realm of hell in the dark surrounded by burnt brick and snakes and being told to make a choice. I am a good man, and try to do all by the way of good.

The reason I started searching online for a site and found yours, was for this simple fact, I dream in my dreams alot. I do control them. 3 months ago, it got weird, when I started to dream in my dream, and I was confronted by a dark black figure, that looked part human with red eyes. It only growled and stayed starring at me. I was scared, closed my eyes and got out of it. The second time, the same thing same figure and same growling, This time I was not too scared, and I observed it, watching and all it did was get close up to about 12 inches away, then I got out of it. The third time it appeared about 3 feet away, and this time I was not going to let it try to take me for anything and I decided to go after it, I went after it, the second I started to go after it, it turned and just vanished. Never had that problem since. But lately I have had a very disturbing and irritating situation. I have noticed now that when I begin to start to dream in my dream, I get a tickling sensation on my sides, when it happens I can't move, if I try to fight it, it get worst, to the point it really starts to hurt, and I start to have trouble breathing. I must relax and ignore, in order for it to subside and stop. Does anyone know what this is? I have only found this http://www.dreamviews.com/forum/lofi...hp/t46655.html
and not too much information. I will state that when this does happen, I do get a uneasy sense around me when I lay down to sleep. Is it me or something else I don't understand.

This is not all but I need to start somewhere, and please I ask anyone that can help to help me, I am hoping there is someone here that can help me with this. Thank you all in advanced that can help me. By the way my name is Ron and it is a pleasure to be here with you all.

      Welcome to Dreamviews, Ron!

You don't need to try very hard to get lucid, apparently. You're probably a lucid natural.

Scary recurring dream elements tend to go away if you confront them - I've read about, and experienced this before.

The sensation you're describing sounds like sleep paralysis. You feel it when WILDing (going from waking to sleeping consciously). However as you said, it happens in your dream. I'm going to guess that your dream body is simulating what you would feel in real life. Since its all in your dream, try to control the feeling just like you control any other elements in the dream.

Also, what you said, about waking from a dream in a dream, that's called a false awakening, or FA.

Feel free to ask if you have any questions or I was unclear about something.

Thank you for your information and direction for which I was needing. I will be here for awhile and explain my dreams as they happen along with all my stuff...hehe. Again I want to thank you and I really feel at home here with just how you have responded to me. I hope to meet others like yourself and share my dreams with others of your character and nature.

Thank you for the kind words - they mean a lot! I'm sorry I didn't respond sooner, I've been busy lately.

If you want to share your dreams, you can start a dream journal here at Dreamviews, so everyone can read and comment on your dreams. There's also the Dream Interpretation forum if you want a detailed interpretation of a specific dream. Personally I don't interpret dreams, but we have members who can - and do so very well.

I'll see you around the forum.

Ok, this is my opinoin. this is going to sound weird and maybe you have already heard of it. i am hesitant to start because it will most likely contradict your christian values that i know all too well, me being one also. Ok i do not know if you have ever heard of anything called sleep paralysis, usually when you can lucid dream the way you describe it is a connection to another realm. Please, bear with me.

Supposedly within the new age and other branches off of that when you dream your body automatically goes to the astral plane. My boyfriend has taught me adequently, although I have never been there myself, but I can lucid dream very well. when you have the falling dreams where it feels like you fell off the bed and then you wake up, this is your soul reentering your body. I know it sounds bizarre. Anyway, when you are unable to move and experience demon like figures, scaly snake-human type beings, ive heard of many, sometimes people will experience them standing on their chest, this is the most common that ive heard. Anyway, when you cant move it is called sleep paralysis and it is supposed to mean that you are ready for astral projection. I am only telling you another aspect besides just dreams. I am not crazy and I myself am not sure on whether I will project or not and travel the astral realms. If you want to read more about it check out this website Astralpulse.com and email me too if you need to.
