Well i was lucid one night.. and decide to attempt to create a ball of energy. I cuffed my hands and focused really hard on them. i felt burning hot heat... that didnt "burn" as you could put it. I slowly would move my hands apart to bring out a big bright yellowish orange burning orb. i than slowly cuffed my hands and the orb went out. Has anyone else done this?
