      My First WILD Attempt

Well i drank a lot of water to wake me up, and woke up about seven hours after initial sleep. Knowing that i was a little over sleeped i still got up, went to the bathroom, and got comfortable. i layed there for about a half an hour, and my fingers, hands, and feet were getting tingly, and numb. The urge of moving was greater than my want of WILDing. I finally moved. Was i getting close to my first wild?

You've been here since Feb and don't know the answer to that question?

Well I'd say you were getting a bit closer to it as you went numb, not that close though. Did you feel any vibrations or see lights?

Yeah. You were close and really far, far at the same time. It all depends on actuall state of your brain. If your brain was too activated and if you were fighting against sleep paralysis, you have one {pretty important} task before your. To learn the way, how to make your brain not to interfere with natural sleep processes.

      Some questions:
Did you feel sleepy, when the "paralysis" approached?
Were you having an internal dialogue?
How much did you wish it to come?
What did you do, when you "failed"?
Have you think about this attempt later on, analysing, what you could have done wrong?

Please answer all this questions, and we may continue talking and eventually we may help you to move on.

And thats it. You answered yourself why you went soo damn close, but at the same time, each of your answers tells about the inherent difficulties of this task.

Though in nearly every time i attempt WILD i find myself at exact the same state of mind. I just cannot understand, how the people, experienced people move their brain into state {maybe they dont do any effort at all}, when they can effectively begin to wild.

Please, you experienced. Tell us what to do {or what not to do}, so we can slowly move towards WILD.
