      Hi all

      hi all i am a 15 years old guy who first attempted to have a lucid dream last night , after i had the best dream of my life and wondered if i could have done it again

      I've found this site and i attempted to have reality checks during the dream.
      I was surprised in the morning...i remembered 3 dreams!
      THat never happened to me...and i was lucid too for a bit...and for some kind of reason i controlled it. Well not the whole dream just myself...a guy was trying to beat me but he couldn't hit me cause i imagined to become Invisible...lol...he passed through me.Then i punched him

      For some reason i don't know i lost the Lucidity.

      Hope to improve this technique

      Meh, it sounds good for a first one!

      Hrm the trick with staying lucid is reminding yourself you are dreaming with the dream. Sometimes if we forget we are dreaming we lose lucidity and it turns into a regular dream.

      Takes a while for lucid dreams to become real and vivid and long, just stick with it. I promise that it's worth it.
