The best habit you can get youself into as a beginner is reality checks! I have been practicing lucid dreams on and off now for over eight years and it wasn't until recently when I finally started performing reality checks that I finally started having lucid dreams. |

Do a reality check.
When I started Lucid Dreaming over 10 years ago, I began doing reality checks all the time. Whenever I saw anything everyday, I did a reality check. Lucids followed soon after. |
