      Are they dangerous for the mind or something like that? i know that subliminal messages are not good for mind...

      Why not. If you know, what they are, then they are not a problem. So choose them visely, and you wont have any problems. If you are interested in subliminal messages, google NLP or Neurolinquistic programming for mor information.

      Maybe it's just me, but the one time I tried a lucid inducing mp3, it gave me the worst headache I've ever had, and a sleepless night. So just be a bit wary.

      Heh I wondered that too.

      Guess I'll know when I finally try that mp3, if it's dangerous then I'll be able to tell right away though.... Hopefully.
