Many people just start with DILD and WBTB in combination. WBTB is the first thing to learn. With this knowledge, you may start your night life experiences.

That varies so much upon each individual and their sleeping habits.
Take a look at the types of techniques and try to match up one that would closely fit you lifestyle and train of thought.

I do think though that adraw is right if you consider the success rate.

The best habit you can get youself into as a beginner is reality checks! I have been practicing lucid dreams on and off now for over eight years and it wasn't until recently when I finally started performing reality checks that I finally started having lucid dreams.
I remember back in 2000 when I first learned about lucid dreams, I tried MILD, WBTB, and some WILD. They failed miserably for me then, and they still do now.
Constantly question your reality and you will find lucid dreams are just around the corner!

      Do a reality check.

When I started Lucid Dreaming over 10 years ago, I began doing reality checks all the time. Whenever I saw anything everyday, I did a reality check. Lucids followed soon after.

Start a dream journal.. which builds dream recall

without dream recal.. you could be lding every night.. and not remeber it

I already started A dream Journal and reality checks for 3 days now.

I tried some WILD but all i got was heavy body and (Maybe , i don't know for sure) some voices. Nothing else.

      Thanks for the help
