I run a little and how lucid dreaming can improve your times I have no idea, but besides that I can give you a little lucid dreaming advice. The sleep interuption (WBTB) method realy dosnt interrupt your sleep if done breifly but if you are totaly against that... try to improve your dream reacall by keeping a dream journal and do lots of reality checks. If you havent look at the home page and read through the whole dream views site and maybe check out the tutorials. |

Well for runners... I'm guessing that lucid dreaming is kind of like an extreme form of visualization. And visualization can help you with your running. |

I'm trying to think about how lucid dreaming can specifically help your running and I'm not entirely sure how it could. Perhaps it could be an exercise in visualization, kind of letting your mind go as you run and getting into that "zone." I'm not a runner, though, so I've only experienced that in swimming... which would be similar. |

You could try MILDS or DILDs neither of which require WBTB.. but sadly no technique is guaranteed to have you lucid dreaming regularly before a month and a half. |
