      Hey Gobucs and welcome,

you should definately look at the tutorials...however a certain method is preferred for beginners and these are:

DILD...Dream-Incduced-Lucid-Dream. (where you realise you are dreaming, in a dream)

Try to read all you can about "reality checking" (the basic practice of DILDing).

I suggest you read ALL the content on www.dreamviews.com (the articles, with links in the margin on the left).

This will give a good idea of where to start.

      Any questions?

you mean that you dont REMEMEBR your dreams...

depending on how much you sleep, EVERYONE dreams between 4-6 or so times a night! (of course depending on hwo long you sleep)

keep a dream journal and ont he rare instances that you remember yoru dream, write it down before falling asleep again

also, sleep for longer periods of time... you dream more and have longer dreams which you might remember more

look around, im sure other ppl haev advice as well!

      Welcome to Dreamviews.

Everyone dreams, every night - the key is remembering them. This tutorial should help.

      Hi gobucs!

With a dream journal all you need to do is wake up and write down anything you can remember from your dreams. It can be anything from events, characters, themes and even emotions. After a while your recall should improve. You should even notice reoccurring events which are dream signs. You can use reality checks with these events to help you become lucid.
