Hey welcome back |
|
I quit about three years ago, but I'm starting up again! I can't really remember why I stopped. I never had much success, but I guess I didn't give it enough time. Until last night, I couldn't even recall the last time I remembered a dream, but last night I went through my old dream-recollection routine as I was trying to fall asleep and I remembered pieces of five dreams, waking up after each! |

Hey welcome back |

I can thoroughly recommend writing in a dream journal. I am just back into LDing after a long break from it (hard to LD when you're living with someone who reads WAY too much into dreams). But the way I got back into it was to write down anything I remembered. Even if it was something tiny, I still wrote it down. Now I am back to LDing between 2 and 8 times a night. It should also improve your general recall too. |

Yeah, I'm back to writing in my old journal. I pretty much used to go for DILD's by finding common dream signs in my written dreams and doing reality checks when I saw them in real life and dreams. The usual stuff. It'll take a little while to figure out what my new dream signs are. |
