      WILD question

Hi all it's me again. This afternoon i tried WILD and i just got up from the bed, the WILD wasn't successful and all i got was muscles itching for 2 hours , without anything happening. I used a relaxation technique and my body was fuzzy and the muscles were still itching. The only strange thing is that i felt like pressure on the back and upper leg , kinda hurt , and i felt something on the hand , like something very hot touching me.

Then i gave up cause my father came to call me. What am i doing wrong? Thanks

Hmm. You just gotta experiment with different techniques and see what works best for you. I've actually never had success during naps... perhaps you should try WILDing during the night (after about 5 hours of sleep first, of course).

I think 2 hours is too long to try WILD. Especially for a nap.

If I can't do it within an hour I figure it isn't going to happen. If you insist on trying it during a nap make sure you are good and tired. The more tired you are the faster your body will fall asleep.

Otherwise try what Mes T suggested. That's the usual method people use to attemtp WILD when first starting out.

And try to ignore those sensations. I know it's hard but keep at it. You'll get it if you keep practicing.
