      hi and welcome. i'm also fairly new and i agree 100% that keeping a dream journal helps. as well as looking out for dream signs and doing reality checks ( i find it useful to do a reality check every hour)
      anyway just saying hi!!!!!

      I didn't understand the reality check thing until right now, but now that I get it, I'm anxious to try it! lol

      Anyway, I'm definitely going to try and remember tonight's dreams. ^^
