Hi i have been reading around the forum for a few days and was very impressed by what i saw. I have loved reading about dreams for about a year now. I have been somewhat recording them and trying to see what exactly they mean through a dream encyclopedia that i own. Recently though i started reading more into Lucid Dreaming and discovered this forum. I did not realize that people where able to have that anytime they wanted with practice. |

Thank you very much for fast reply and help. I will put on some Goo Goo Dolls tonight and wake up to my dream journal. |

When you wake up from your dream state there is something called Rapid-eye movement atonia (REMA) where if you move which you usually may do the motor neurons in your brain fire and your concious body gets into 100% and your sub-concious goes back to being well...sub-concious, below making it harder to remember |
