      Question Should I HILD again

      3 days ago i did a HILD and in 3 days i have remember 1 dream. should i do it again 2nite?

      please advise
      Starting over after a 4 year break

      I would say no if you did that badly out of it.

      Try a different method if you are getting no results.

      Namio, dream recall can be lost due to a variety of reasons (i.e., the amount of sleep, stress, etc.).

      By all means you can try a different technique but I wouldn't totally give up on a technique simply because you've only recalled one dream in 3 days.

      Uh, we're assuming that you've had better dream recall before trying HILD.
      Did you?
      If not, you really need to work on your dream recall first
      If so, then as the other's said, you should try something else
