I love doing that too! But sometimes the rising feeling in my stomach wakes me up, lol.

And sometimes when I've fallen from somewhere (even in the falling dreams I've had in the past), I wake up and it feels as if I have just fallen back down into my bed.

Anyway, yeah, you can do pretty much anything you like. Sometimes I get hungry in my lucid dreaming and I eat lot and lots of chocolate. Tastes heaps better than normal 'reality' chocolate any day.

hmmmm maybe ill use them to learn to talk to the girl i like without panicing lol

That can be good practice, just remember that her reactions in the dream will be completely what you expect them to be.

If you know someone very, very well and you have good dream control, you should be able to create a reasonably good represenation of them. However, most of us don't know a lot of people well enough to create their personalities in a dream. Even if you do know someone very well, the dream representation of them will be influenced by how you expect them to react.

damm.....well at least ill learn not to sweat,panic,shake,speak loudly,use cheesy pick up lines or other stupid stuff i do when i look at her thats a good step i guess.

Yes, it's still good pratice. You're interacting with an image of her, which should at least have some of the real person's traits. All I meant was that you shouldn't expect what works in your dream to work in real life.
