      First LD!!!

      I had my 1st LD last night!!! i was doing RCs in it and i knew that i was in one, but i couldn't control what happened in it. Is it normal to not be able to control your first one?

      It's pretty common to have lack of control in early LD's. DOn't worry, all in good time!

      Control will come later, and the length of your LDs will generally increase. Best thing for you to do right now is to try to have LD's more and more often!

      Spend your time walking around and observing.
