      Welcome To DV!

      DV is cool in the sense that it's got a great group of people. So even if you don't want to chat about Lucid Dreams during your whole stay, you don't have to!

      Some early tips for you:

      Start a dream journal- Record everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) you can remember about previous night's dreams. This will help your clarity and stuff like that in dreams (in general).

      Do Reality Checks- These are little checks to ensure that you are not dreaming. Things such as checking the time, then re-checking it can end up giving you odd results in the dream world. By doing these things enough, you might end up doing one in a dream!

      Besides that, look for similiarities in your dreams. IF you see one thing (say for instance, a certain location) reocurring in your dreams quite often, this will be another thing you can look out for in order to become lucid.
