      First try tonight!

      Hello everyone ! I'm on this forum for quite a time and never really had the motivation to try LDing ( a choice that i regret) but tonight i'm going to try the FILD technique. I think that FILD is good for begginer am i right ? But there i question i need to ask.
      For the reality check nose picking do i move my REAL arm or imagine it because with my previous try for FILD when i tried the RC it's just wake me and need more time to go back to sleep..

      LOL @ reality check nose "picking'!

      That's the catch-22 with reality checks that involve movement. You go to move your real arm/hand to plug your nose and if you're dreaming, your real arm/hand won't be moving.. it will be your astral arm/hand.

      If you're not dreaming.. then your real arm/hand moves and you have to start again.

      Ok fine.
      But for a first time do you suggest me FILD or WILD.(I'm not expecting this first time to work )
      Because i can't manage to realise that i'm dreaming to achieve a DILD

      Well i failed this first try... Because i went to sleep at 11h55p.m and my alarm was set for 4h30a.m i wasn't sleepy enough to fall asleep in a couple of sec-min.Next try i will set my alarm to 5h30a.m..
