I have been having this thought too; however when I wake up I'm not that tired at all; and completely conscious that i SHOULD write my dream down...Yet I decide it's not important enough for some reason and go back to sleep... |

I don't mean to sound overly harsh but it's probably to do with willpower. You just have to make yourself write it down even if you don't want to at the time. |
|
Keep it simple. Make sure your paper and pencil are very handy. Just write down a few key words. You'd be surprised at how just a few words can bring the whole dream back to you. |

Yeah, I have this problem. I go into spells of just not bothering to write it down, even if I know I should, and I remember the whole dream. I don't know why, I really don't. It's hardly any effort for me to reach across to my Dream diary and scribble down a few words, but I just don't feel like doing it. |

I got a clamp on lamp and attached it to my bedpost so i don't have to get out of my comfy bed to enter in my DJ, beats getting up. |
|
Do not grow dependent on writing them all down. Once you get even better at this (will it ever end? ), you probably will recall more and more.. ..as you will forget less and less.. |

I know who I am, as I become...
