      Hey everybody. I'm new and my name is Doug. I found this site when I came across a thread in The Pit on UG. Needless to say, it intrigued the heck out of me, and I'm here. I have a growing interest in LD'ing. From very vague memory, I'm positive I've had a few lucid dreams when I was younger, it's just that I didn't know what they were until I read up on lucid dreams a little. I've yet to have one recently, but I cannot say I'm not trying. It took me a while, but I started a dream journal last night.

      Hello Doug and welcome to the forum! Lucid dreaming is quite an interesting concept really, potentionaly limitless in what we can do.

      Have you checked out the Tutorials Section? It has all your key info! Plus the Quick Start Guide should be helpful for you as well, it has all the rules and stuff there!

      If you find it hard to keep a DJ I would really recommend getting a recorder. You can record dreams without even turning on the light, it really boosted the amount of dreams I record.
