      Hey digiBOOM (cool name )

      Welcome to DV,

In answer to your first question, yes you can dream you had a lucid dream. However, i think what happened to you was that you had a partial/close lucid dream, but you were having a very low lucidity lucid dream. You don't have to be in control to be lucid, you can always just be aware and have no control whatsoever. But by the sounds of things you did have one, but it was very low level, i also sense some uncertaincy also when it came to judging whether or not its a dream, you need to always remember that no matter what you need to check, its harder in the dreamscape, but give it a conscious effort, tell yourself to remember to do it.

In terms of that problem, many people have had it, i think its mind over matter, i think you need to divert your mind to something else, concentrate on something else rather than your uncomfortable feeling, just ignore it, block it out, thats all i know of, there maybe better methods, but i am unsure, but just try and block it out as best you can by diverting your focus, say focus on your legs or what not, use your imagination, i know what it can be like though. Just keep at it, best of luck.

Thanks so much! This helps a ton. I'm trying to think of other questions I can ask, but most of them are just habits I need to change.

And thanks for the compliment, Lucid Seeker!
