      Greetings

Hello, and goodnight. Let me describe myself by telling you some of my lucid experiences. The first lucid dream I remember took place in what looked like a small midwestern town. Only it was completely unoccupied by residents, and it had the look and age of several sandstorms. I and some others were walking through it, like travelers passing through. Only there was the little fact that we had wings that were big enough to be tailored to our body sizes for flight. The stranger thing, though, was how it felt they were there the entire time, how natural it seemed. The second lucid dream I remember was that I was a werewolf trapped in a castle. Several vampires had captured me, and were going to turn me. They didn't know what I was, but I knew they'd just kill me if they found out. So I used my "smarts" to keep them at bay, all the while looking for a way out. I woke up when my fur began to grow in and my mouth was turning into a muzzle, both of which I felt quite distinctly. Other than that, the most lucid experiences I've had since then are when I'm listening to my music turned up loud on my headphones. My mind begins going off into a different realm that's basically fueled by the music. I lose touch with my physical self, but not my awareness. Most of the time, I'm a werewolf and in some kind of battle. The fight thing is probably because of my choice of music. I'm not sure if this is correct, but I believe the term for that would be WILD?

Those were interesting dreams. And yes, they sound like WILDs.

If you haven't yet, check out the Quick Start Guide at the top of this Newbie forum. It has a lot of good info about this site, including a link to the tutorials.

Thank you all for welcoming me into the forum. And I think I'll consider the dream journal thing... just as soon as I have another LD. Never thought it was hard till I started trying to have them.
