      Question...

      Hello everyone!
Is it possible to be lucid at night, when you go sleep normaly. Or it just works when you wake up after 5 or 6 hours of sleep, and go sleep again? Like some techniques say.
This must look like a stupid question, but im new here...

Those damn WBTBers! Yes, it is possible. The point of the wake back to bed method is to increase awarness so when you go to sleep you are at a higher state of awarness and lucid dreaming is about being aware, so your chances of having a lucid dream is higher for some people. This technique doesn't really work for me though. So YES it is possible to have a lucid dream without doing that...

Yup. Do you have AIM? You should get it if you don't. IM me if you have any more questions... I've been into this whole lucid dreaming thing for about a year or two and I've pretty much researched everything about it so I know the theory of it inside and out. So IM me at Crouching Lotus0. If you don't have AIM you can get it for free.

Damn WBTBers! Oh wait...thats me! Hey, I never stated that thats the only way to lucid dream! I encourage it because I see lots of results, with me included, and it also has helped me become lucid without even doing the WBTB technique. Of course WBTB is not the only technique and everyones different, so there is no one right way. But I do reccomend it especially for people having trouble getting lucid. Its a good jump start.

Yeah and ya know, if you set your alarm to wake you up after 5/6 hours, it really helps set the intention of having a lucid dream. I sometimes have LDs long before the alarm rings..
