      what is WILD?

      i notice u guys use the term WILD a lot, i have read the whole site but for some reason i guess i forgot, could someone refresh my memory

      A WILD is a Wake Induced Lucid Dream.

      The basic jist is to allow your body to fall asleep whilst your mind is still awake and you are fully conscious of what is going on, that way if you are sucessful you should hopefully be able to drift into a dream whilst being fully aware that it is a dream, thus meaning that it is a lucid dream.
