I don't think there would be a problem with writing down your dreams backwards. As long as you write down as much detail as you can remember. An abbreviation of some kind might be nice though, for readability purposes. |

Is it ok if, in my notes on my dreams, I write down events in roughly reverse order? Should I use an abbreviation like "BT" for "before that"? I think I'm finding that I want to write down the last events first, then what happened before that, etc. |

You are dreaming. Do a reality check!

"Remebering backwards" is a very good way to improve recall--it can really bring the dream back if you keep asking, "And what happened before that?" |

as they say it is good for recall and as long as u remember it is cool |

Yeah, I always write down my last remembered dream, and then keep remembering the previous ones. |

I feel the same way. I remember the last things better. |
