      Hi Everyone!

Hello, some of you might know me from stickpage. I am new to lucid dreams, and I am trying to learn about dream recall first, so if anyone could give me some pointers, it would be greatly appreciated, thank you! :]

FizzlemanJ, I'm glad that you decided to join us!

Dream recall is important because what good is having a lucid dream if you can't remember it?

A tutorial on dream recall can be found here: http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ead.php?t=6207

You might also want to review the Newbie Zone Guide for helpful information about this site: http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=36723

You may also want to check out the Tutorials forum which contains information on the various lucid dreaming techniques and other helpful information: http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...splay.php?f=25.

If you should have any additional questions, please ask and we'll do our best to get you answers.

      Welcome to Dream Views!

Start a dream journal (we have a special forum for that) and your recall should improve, it'll be slow at first, but then you'll remember multiple dreams every night.

Hey Fizzleman, welcome to Dreamviews! Good choice on starting out with dream recall, after all as Clairity pointed out, you need it to remember your lucid dreams!

You've already been given the link to the dream recall tutorial, here's another link: http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...splay.php?f=26. It's the Dream Journal forum, you can start a thread there to write down your dreams. From experience I have to say that dream journaling is one of the most important techniques for both dream recall and lucid dreaming.

      Welcome, FizzlemanJ,

That's great that you've already started a dream journal here. Dream journals are very helpful for recall and motivation. And they are just a lot of fun too.

      Good luck...and have fun here...
