Red face Quick Question (and more fun alliterations!)

'Sup, yall? I'm new here, and have never before had a lucid dream Just one question: can you do anything you want in a lucid dream? Like, if I wanted to, say, eat a delicious piece of cake, would it just appear? And, since a promised you fun alliterations, have a lucid lie-down! Delightful dreamings! Uhh... that's all I got...

      Welcome to DV!

You can learn to do pretty much anything you want in a lucid dream!

A good place to start would be the many tutorials posted here. They'll get you started with the language and terminology and also give you an idea of what can be done with lucid dreaming, and also familiarize you with the learning curve and expectations you should have.

      Hey! Welcome to Dreamviews!

Something people need to remember is that Lucid Dreaming and Dream Control are entirely separate concepts, but are more often than not synchronous. Being lucid simply means knowing you're dreaming, but with practice, you can learn to do an unfathomable number of things. Be it as simple as eating a piece of cake, as vast as exploring other planets, or as epic as a battle between heaven and hell. Its your mind, and your world to do what you want with.

Hey welcome to the forum. Providing you have the right control in your dreams you can pretty much do anything, but there is one thing becoming lucid, another staying lucid

      Welcome,
      Adam.
