Starting a dream journal will help your recall. Just lay in bed motionless after you wake up and the dream will come back to you.

Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming is the name of the bible and you can get it from Amazon.

Welcome to Dreamviews! Start a dream journal and when you wake up, write down everything you remember. This will help your dream recall.

And good luck with this, because I suck at dream recall too, and it's the first thing I want to get good at.

Hello and welcome to Dream Views.
First off I must say... pretty avatar.

Starting a bed side dream journal is an important step toward dream recall. Getting into the habit of sharing your dreams with someone every day helps a lot. If you can find someone who is willing to listen, tell them your dreams. It's simple but it's an easy way to up your recall. Back when I'd tell someone my dreams every morning, my recall was around 6-8 dreams a night.

      Welcome.
I think your recall will be better after a while, and you might find some relaxation techniques to. tried the 61 point relaxation technique to get relaxed? that might help.
