      Hi, I'm new!

      My name is Hannes, it's a pleassure to be here!

      I was interested in Lucid Dreaming a few years ago (when I was 18... I'm 22 now), and started with reality checks back then. Since then I have had Lucid Dreams, not in total control thought... but I can solve problems in my dreams with lucid dreaming. If I'm being chased by someone I can think "Hey, this is just a dream, I can teleport to someplace else!" and then do it, or if I'm wearing a shirt and no pants or underwear I think: "This is a dream, so I make some pants out of nowhere" and suddenly I'm wearing pants! I have also tried to fly once or twice (that was fun!). But it has to be some kind of emergency in my dream to make me understand that it's a dream.

      I got interested again and a guy I talk with online recommended this forum. Now I will develope my lucid dreaming ability! I have no questions yet, I just wanted to say hi ^^

      Welcome to DV! You seem to have better dream control than you realise...

      Hi back, and to DreamViews!

      You've got a good start. I bet if you get back into it, you will be lucid with control in no time.

      @imj: With a watch, like this: "Even if you’ve completely convinced yourself that whatever you’ve seen that is out of the ordinary is quite possible, perform one more unrelated test. Read some text, or glance at a digital clock or watch. Wait a few seconds and then do it again. If the text or time inexplicably changes, then you are in fact dreaming. Even if the time or text doesn’t change, try to focus on changing it for a moment. In dreams text often changes upon a second glance and we almost always accept it, even though clearly it is an alarming clue that we are dreaming." (taken from the Induction page at dreamviews.com's main site)

      @Adam: Thankyou! And I will ^^^

      @ Luminous: Thanks! Maybe I have...

      @ Erin: Thankyou ^^^

      @ Moonbeam: Thankyou!
      I hope so! ^_^

      You don't need pants in a dream Flying is fun, but it's something you have to get used to doing before you get good at it.
