      Just saying hi

I have always been fascinated by dreams, but recently just started truly practicing lucidity. I also just recently started a dream journal.

I have good dream recall, remembering usually a dream I had every night. And I also love using my dreams to incorporate into different stories I write. I think of it as a creative valve.

And I think it would also help me in that way to be able to lucid dream.

      Whatever, well, hi

      to the forum, dude!

For once, a newbie who checked his facts! Yes, a good recall gives you more of a chance of having a lucid dream. There's a dream journal section on the forum, you should post stuff there.

If you need any help, just ask me or someone else with a green name or is trustworthy.

      Welcome to Dreamviews!

You're off to a good start - dream recall is the first thing you want to improve, and dream journals are the best way to do that.

If you have any questions, feel free to post them here or ask any of the Dream Guides (the members with the green stars).

      Welcome to DV, Jim...

That's great that you've already started a dream journal, and have good dream recall.

And how neat that you use your dreams for story ideas.

      Good luck...and see you around.
