      Exclamation Greetings

Hello everyone, I'm new here =]
I have never had a lucid dream (aside from forcing myself to wake up)
I remember a dream maybe 6 out of the 7 days of the week.
I have been researching the subject for roughly a month now.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, I am really excited about all this.
I've heard that certain drugs can have a positive effect on having lucid dreams, but I don't know.

      So anyways, just saying "hi"

      Hey Dezmond, welcome to Dreamviews!

Your dream recall seems to be off to a good start - you may want to review the Dream Recall tutorial if you haven't seen it already.

You may also want to take a look at the rest of the tutorials - these are very helpful.

Some vitamins, such as vitamin B6, are said to help with dream recall and lucid dreaming. Discussion about this can be found in the Lucid Aids subforum.

If you have any questions about lucid dreaming or about the forum, feel free to ask!

I'll go read those right now, Thanks again!

Ohh, and where can I find B6, is it in any foods?

I did a quick search for sources of B6 in food: http://dietary-supplements.info.nih....taminb6.asp#h2.

However, I know that some people here take B6 pills - there is a small amount of B6 in those foods compared to a pill.

Ok, thanks, well, I don't really like the whole idea of pills in general, so...
A few bowls of cereal before bed should suffice?

      It can't hurt!

I don't like the idea of pills either. I might do it if it was a guaranteed lucid, but it's far from that anyway. It can increase odds, but it's by no means an instant "lucid pill".

bananas are high in B6 I think. Youll find some drinks/juice with it in them too. Its part of your regular intake anyway; a normal diet would include B6. (I think...)

I've never tested any supplements....but in my opinion its best to master the techniques without suppliments and then maybe test them out to improve your experience. I dont think there are any drugs to make you 'lucid'..just ones that improve memory, clarity and relaxation as far as I know. I think youd be pushing to find a 'lucid in a pill' drug. Although, I havent really read up too much on the matter.

IMO: Learn lucidity without a reliance on substances first.
