      Lightbulb Help me out =D

Ok so I introduced myself already, if you don't know who I am, I'm Alex. I signed up to learn and share. I don't really know that much about lucid dreaming except for a few obvious things..lucid dreaming is being able to realize in your dream that you're dreaming and not wake up. After that, control what you do in your dream "infinitely." Basically do whatever you want, endless possibilities. Well, sounds awesome! How do I start? What's the first step? any tips of any type of help well be much appreciated. I know I won't start lucid dreaming as soon as I try it the first time. I understand it takes practice practice practice. If I could be guided in the right direction I'd really appreciate it. Cheers!

The first thing it did when I found out about LDing i kept a dream jurnal (because my dream recall was very bad)

I also did alot of reality checks (still do)

When you go to bed try not to have alot of stress

eventually you will have your first LD(tell me when you do)

Read the articles on the front end of this website for starters, start a dream journal and read the tutorials on dream signs and reality checks.
