hi ive been to this forum on another account for about a little more then a year ago but never really posted anything but i got a few lucid dreams from following some guids and help here on this forum but some stuff came up and i havent been to this forum for what seems like ages and cant access my old account anymore thats why ive made a new account and i hope il be able to start lucid dreaming again im on some new medication now called concerta hope that wont get in the way if it can cause any problems woulden mind if someone would tell me. |

Jixaga, does the label/instructions state that concerta may make you drowsy. If it does, it may make your dreams weird, disjointed or may cause you to sleep "heavier" and therefore not remember any dreams at all upon waking. |

well ive noticed ive had some strange weird dreams non that i can really remember right now but ive had some pretty normal ones to. |

I'm no professional, but if you can have dreams at all (normal or weired), than you can have lucidity. My brother has taken similar things and and actually reported lucid dreams higher in quality than people who do not take the drugs. |
