ZMA+NICOTINE PATCH, potent dream inducing method?

ever since early childhood, dreams have accompanied me throughout almost every night.

i have had frequent experience of lucid dreams.i committed all sorts of disturbing crimes because of my clear awareness of being in a dream.

and flying experiences too are common themes of my dreams.

Anyway, it wanst long ago i started having really disturbing and weird dreams.

One night i dreamed of flying around in my bedroom, everything was dark and i was scared. i tried to get back to my body but couldnt. then i thought perhaps i could just concentrate and make myself to wake up. (i could normally wake up by just thinking of a building or cliff, and then make a conscious decision of jumping of it)

Then the most amazing thing happened! i opened my eyes saw my bedset in reality, WHILE my body was still asleep! i couldnt move and it wasnt long before i fell back to flying around in the room....
i went through the concret ceiling and saw nothing but darkness....

Another night, i had a vivid but not lucid dream of being a british pirate named Captain Hyde. i was sailing on a dark stormy sea, but my crew and my co-captain (name starts with a B) plotted against me...
Before that dream i didnt even know there was an english surename spelled H-Y-D-E.

ANYhow, i should now refer to the title and talk about nicotine patches and ZMA.
a nicotine patch pumps nicotine to your system during sleep, its function of inducing dreams is well known.

And ZMA is a health supplement formulated of ZINC, VitB6 and Maganesium. all are naturally found in our body. THe product induces testosterone and therefore induces possiblity of having vivd dreams.

I had many memorable dreams while i used them, some of them i wont forget for the rest of my life.

Currently i am using the patches to quit smoking (again...) and by chance i am also on ZMA because of a fitness programmes i recently started.

i am wondering what sort of the dreams am i going to experience tonight should the duo effects of these two things combine.

can anyone who knows my topic well or has similar experience join the discussion?

      hi,

i use SNUS tobacco (the one you put under the tongue) sometimes, i'll try doing it while going to sleep, it has a very high quantity of nicotine.

      i'll check back to you.

      nicotine

Yes i can confirm that nicotine induces very lucid dreams.

While trying to give up smoking some years ago, I went on 24hr nicotine patches, and noticed that I would experience very really and lucid dreams.. very much like films [movies] - in widescreen. They also reminded me of the dreams I would have as a child - [actually my mother smoked in the house, so maybe thereis a correlation between childhood dreams and smokers at home, rather than just childhood dreams being in your childhood.]

Most of the time I knew I was dreaming, but the odd one was such that I would wake thanking whatever that it was a dream.

Very enjoyable - and when I do have the odd ciggie, I do get top dreams that night.
