Hey FoxMuler, and welcome to DV!
What is your dream recall like? If it's not that good, then you might want to work on improving your dream recall.
If your dream recall is good already (remember at least one dream per night), then you could try other things to improve vividness while in the lucid dream. Some of the things that you can do are:
- Shouting out "Increase vividness" while in the dream
- Focusing on a specific object until your dream becomes more vivid. This can be a plant, your hand, a painting, etc.
- You can try rubbing your hands together while in the lucid dream. This helps some people regain focus in the lucid dream.
Another thing that you should do, is pay more attention to little details in the waking life. Grab a pen or pencil right now... look at it. Feel the texture, the weight. Look at the color. Is it faded? Is it brand new? Are there cracks or finger prints on it? What is it made out of? Analyze the pen or pencil for a minute or two.
If you do this type of exercise once a day with random objects, or just in your every day life, then your dreams will start being a lot more detailed.
Also, if you haven't already, you might want to check out the Tutorials Section of this website. There's a lot of useful information there.
I hope you stick around.
