Well you don't even have to read, you can just wake up and sit still for a while really. How ever it is recommended that you read about lucid dreaming because it will stay fresh in your mind as you return to sleep. |

I agree with NeAvO, I rarely read anything when I WBTB.. I normally just go to the bathroom and go back to bed. But if you want to read.. anything lucid dreaming related would be good. |

Yeah, the reading about lucid dreaming is just a suggestion. Other things work as well. |
