      Hello

Hey, I'm new to this forum. I've only had one lucid dream, and that was when I was a little kid. I've been reading about lucid dreams, and I'm currently trying to use WILD techniques and reality checks.

      Welcome to Dream Views.

Good to see you've experienced lucidity before so you know it's achievable. You don't have that proof hurdle to overcome at least. If you don't already, get dream journaling and pump up your dream recall. It can help you attain lucidity in many ways.

      Best of luck with WILDing.
