Hey guys. Not sure if this was lucid or not.
Firstly, Hey, I'm new
So yeah. I just woke from this dream, and I am still not sure if it was lucid or not. Not sure if you guys can tell me or not, based on the journal but here goes anyway.
Saturday 15th night - 10:00 bedtime woke up at 11:00 - I thought I was awake and I was thinking about lucid dreams, when I remembered the tecnique, Am I dreaming? I asked myself this and I looked to the right, whereupon I realised that I was dreaming and felt a strong feeling of falling. I tried to change this into flying, which worked for what felt like a few seconds, until I woke. Very strange indeed... Not sure now that I'm awake wether I actualy became aware, or just dreamt I was.
I apollogise for all the spelling mistakes, as it is midnight and I am tired.
The thing is, I wasn't even trying to have a lucid dream. Just to remember them, as I'm bad at that. But yeah. I can already feel this post not making sense. So I'ma stop. Any input is appreciated.

Yes that was a lucid dream; I know how sometimes when you wake up you wonder if it really was or not, and how hard it is to explain. There are many levels of lucidity, from barely aware to fully aware and in control. Most lucid dreams are somewhere in between.
It's a good start! Especially since you weren't even trying. Keep it up!

How did it feel like? Do you have some feeling which remained after the dream ended?

Word of advice, Make sure you're stabilized in your lucid dream before you try Flying.

Welcome Scar21,
Congrats on the lucid dream.
When you first become lucid, it's nice to just think, and look around, and touch things. That keeps you aware and focused, and helps keep lucidty from slipping away. Some of my favorite lucid dreams are not the ones where I am flying and doing amazing things. But are the ones where I am just really noticing what it "feels" like to be in a dream. And that in itself is very amazing, because you can appreciate how real your dreams can be.

That could help you to increase the length of lucid dream from few seconds to 20 minutes {that was my case}
