I'm diagnosed, certified (and, many say, certifiable) and proudly ADD.

I lucid dream. In fact, I was a natural as a child and never understood what was going on.

WBTB seems to be among the most reliable and easiest ways to drastically enhance your chances of getting lucid. Don't give up! I don't believe there is any such thing as a person who can't do this, short of somebody who doesn't dream at all or is utterly incapable of dream recall. (Did a tree really fall in your lucid dream if you can't remember it?)

Thanks man I'll start experimenting with the WBTB technique. Does anyone have good links that link to something that describes/explains this method thoroughly?

look for it in the Tutorials section in the main page at www.dreamviews.com

There's a link for a WBTB tutorial in there.

WBTB hasn't worked for me so far.. It seems like I still need to improve on my dream recall a bit. And waking up after sleeping (It's damn hard! My room gets hella cold! )

Just be sure to keep a Dream Journal. So far my attempted WBTB and WILDs are usually failures. So when I do reality checks and other techniques to help the possible introduction of a DILD its quite enjoyable when you become lucid in the middle of the night unexpectedly (well, almost).
Anyway, I think the most important think about LD's is BEING DETERMINED. If you don't WORK for your LD's you wont get any. You reap what you sow, I believe the saying goes. Plus, if you REALLY, REALLY, want a LD I'd reccomend spending a day (or at least a little while) reading the different tutorials on the forums here. And maybe try some techinques that you think will suit you.

Best of luck + welcome to the forums

Cheers. I plan on doing all of the above.

And yes, I'm quite the Oni enthusiast.
