I never wake up after a REM period and nor do I remember 3-4 dreams a night... Just put your mind to it, write it down or use a Tape-recorder. |

I am usually able to remember 3-4 dreams a night, give or take. Although I have a really bad tendency to forget to write them down when I wake up after every REM cycle, which I do almost always wake up after. However, I sort of run over the dream in my head a bit before I end up falling back asleep. |

Let your dream journaling become a habit. Write down your dreams. The simple act of putting pen to paper to record them helps to whip your mind and body into prime dream recall and recording shape. I don't wake up after my REM cycles to record my dreams. Most come back to me when I wake up in the morning and I quickly jot down a sentence or two to summarize the dreams. When I have the time later I write them out in full. |

3-4 A NIGHT?? Whats your secret? I get, like 3 every 2 nights! |

If your remembering four dreams a night your doing pretty well. I remember three dreams on a good night and the details are often sketchy. Nevertheless I would recommend that you get into the habit of writing them down. |

Wow your lucky with that dream sign, my dream recall is as good as yours but my dreams are too random for me to find anything common. Iv recorded over two dozen dreams and nothing. |
