      VERY interested in controlling dreams

Well I actually heard about this "controlling dreams" on tv from a show called the Human Body. I skateboard and I have a problem of getting scared to do tricks down stair and other things but obviously if you try them so much your body WILL get destroyed.I want to dream so where I can dream of the trick I want to do down whatever stair ect. I want.So really I can do this all in my head without destroying my body.I really have no idea how to control dreams and I havent had one for a while now.The only thing I know is that you are supposed to say it over and over again before you go to sleep. So I need help

      Welcome to Dreamviews!

Lucid dreaming is a great way to try things that are dangerous, deadly, or impossible in real life. Skateboarding tricks included. You can even try even more amazing tricks, such as riding in zero gravity.

As for acheiving lucid dreams, you will want to look over the techniques in the tutorials page. You'll also want to start a dream journal, which will help you immensely with both lucid dreaming and the ability to remember your dreams.

If you have any other questions about lucid dreaming, please feel free to contact me or any of the other dream guides (members with green names).

Yeah, we've gotten a wave of new members referring to the show. Advertising for lucid dreaming is advertising for Dreamviews, I guess.

I can relate with you on this because I wood-push as well, and one thing I have to try next time I lucid is some tricks down a rail or set, just to get the feeling of riding away from something huge. I am also in the same boat with you because I am relatively new with this, and have only managed to attain lucidity once. If you have the time and commitment, I would suggest looking into WILDing on some of the tutorials here, because thats what I have been working on and getting the most results from.

No man I totally know where your coming from, after experiencing how "real" a lucid dream is compared to a non-lucid, I am so stoked on the day I lucid myself front-feebling a sick rail, or taking a back 3 down a set, and rolling away clean.

That is a good idea and you should head over to the tutorial section. Also I do the same things I do tricks in my head just to get up the guts to do them IRL.

That was the show I also saw on TV. It got me interested in the subject and I looked up the NovaDreamer on the internet. It brought me here.
