Are you practicing WBTB before you WILD? WBTB is simply getting up after 5-6 hours of sleep, staying awake for 15-20 minutes, and then trying to WILD. This aligns you with your longest REM periods, making entering a dream via WILD much, much easier. |

I've been trying for about a month and i get no results. I lay in my bed perfectly still, and i even start to enter SP. but then i wait, and wait falling deeper in to SP, and after about 45-50 mins of waiting nothing happens, i never enter a dream. i tired Dilding but for some reason i never remember to RC. I'm becoming really discouraged as if i'll never get it, please help me. |

ah, i know that feeling. it will feel like ages at first. also, dont go thinking about loads of things when you go back to bed, just enough to keep you conscious. also, have you tried waking up at slightly different times? e.g one night get up 5 hours 30 minutes after falling asleep, next night 5 hours 40 minutes, etc. hope this will help |
