      Another Newbie..

Whats up everybody. ive been interested in all this 4 quite a while now, but kinda forgot about it. So ive been readin this site probly for the past few days now. So last night, i really wanted 2 become Lucid.. i was layin in bed tryin 2 relax and tryin not 2 move.. I think its crazy how you get yourself comfortable and still get that urge 2 move.. haha. but so i fell asleep.. & had a dream that i was fighting & K.O'd this kid.. kinda kool huh.? but it was like just a regular dream, except i wasnt in control.. i think it was just a regular dream..

i did everything like i would in real life.. but anyways when you guys are trying 2 relax, do you just let your mind go free just without all your thoughts.?? because i just layed there watchin all the colors on the back of my eye lids...
hahaaha.. is this the right way.? help me out here..

so then today i tried 2 WILD i think.. it was in the afternoon around 2.. and tried puttin myself to sleep. i was pretty well relaxed. i mean my limbs were relaxed & could see things w/ my eyes closed.. was i close.??

How do you know when your "that" close 2 becoming LUCID.??????
thats what i need 2 know.. idk. i need help.. it won't be my 1st LD though..

      thank you...

Once you start seeing things when your eyes are closed (it's called hypnogogic imagery), you're very close. These images are the precursors to dreams, and they should eventually become a dream.

You may want to review some of the WILD tutorials here:
