      Oh, sorry. It happens that the first technique I learned about lucid was the technique in which you lie still for 25 minutes until your body thinks your mind is asleep. Here.
      I know see that there are much more techniques, such as finger induced and WILD. Sorry for the disruption...

      Hey Celtrum, welcome to Dreamviews!

      You're referring to a techinque known as WILD. If you keep breathing, you should end up having sleep paralysis. After this, you end up in a lucid dream. You've already found a tutorial, but there are a lot of them. Here's a few others:

      No matter which technique you choose, you should always be keeping a dream journal. This just means writing down your dreams when you wake up. You should also be reality checking often.
