      just starting

      hi im on my mobile to start with so my replies might take longer ive just started my dream diary but i have had only 1 dream recall in the 3 days and it was not clear i have joined this forum coz i work alot but have internet on my phone so it may be helpfull i will start posting more later wen im at work.

      That's great that you've started a dream diary. Getting in the habit of writing down you dreams will help with your recall.

      Have you had any experience with lucid dreaming yet?

      If you haven't check out the Quick Start Guide at the top of this Newbie section. It has good info about this site, and a link to the tutorials and other helpful things.
