      Cool Looking for a Good Reminder to check my dream sign

      I am looking for a good way to remind myself to Check for Dream signs. I have heard before about peole checking everytime they see a pen or something, and I ws wondering if there is anything else that i could use that would work better. Anything is helpful, for i have been trying for a while. I have A preety good dream recal from writing in my journal, but cant seem to induce lucidity.

      Well there is a guide to Reality Checking. The easiest way to do reality checks is by making your watch bleep each hour and then do a reality check such as the finger through the palm technique.

      Start a dream journal and find things that are repeated in your dreams. If you're inside a lot in your dreams then do a reality check every time you go through a doorway, if you're at the beach a lot in your dreams, do a RC every time you see water...

      Hey welcome to the forum.

      A good thing to do is make a list of dream signs, these are common things which appear in your dreams, for example if you dream about a specific subject or person a lot - when you notice these, the reality check them when you see them in waking life
